bd7u Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bd7u", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bd7u online gaming platform, accessible at https://bd7u.io, and the entity operating that platform.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with bd7u or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access platform services, manage funds, and place wagers.
• "Platform" — refers to the bd7u website at https://bd7u.io, including all associated applications, tools, games, and features made available to Members.
• "Services" — refers collectively to casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, virtual sports, and all other interactive services offered via the Platform.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all bd7u account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spin credits, cashback credits, or other non-cash value credited to an Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked across eligible games before a cash conversion or withdrawal may be requested.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bd7u Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bd7u.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of bd7u Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd7u enforces this minimum age restriction without exception. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bd7u is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by bd7u or any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not have had a previous bd7u Account suspended or permanently closed for any breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-human legal persons may not register as Members.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of bd7u Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.1 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on bd7u. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances being reviewed or forfeited.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd7u applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before your first withdrawal or at any other time bd7u reasonably requests. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bd7u will never contact you to request your password. You agree to notify bd7u immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. bd7u accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the bd7u Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd7u does not charge Members a transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges independently of bd7u.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• bd7u does not accept deposits originating from third parties. The name on the payment method used must match the name on your registered Account.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment channel and volume at the time of the request.
• bd7u reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal request, in particular for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the cash proceeds of successfully completed wagering requirements are withdrawable.

5.3 Currency & Conversion

All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. bd7u does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a foreign currency due to processor routing, it will be converted to Taka at the exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of receipt, and bd7u bears no responsibility for the conversion rate applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bd7u offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and returning Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods. Those specific terms take precedence over this general section where they conflict.
• Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money is used first in wagers; Bonus Funds are used once real money funds reach zero, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that expire before requirements are met will be removed from the Account without replacement.
• bd7u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Any Member found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will have their bonus privileges suspended and may have their Account reviewed.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting markets available on the bd7u Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game providers and sports data suppliers, as well as by bd7u's own platform rules. In the event of a conflict, bd7u's platform rules prevail.

7.1 Sports Betting

bd7u offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in Taka. Bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and bd7u's right to limit stakes at its discretion.

7.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are independently certified. bd7u does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error affecting a game outcome or betting market, bd7u reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Members' Accounts. bd7u shall not be liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd7u Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any form of match-fixing, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract data from the Platform without express written permission from bd7u.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd7u staff, support agents, or other Members.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting bd7u's dispute resolution process.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd7u Platform — including but not limited to the bd7u brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd7u or its licensed content providers. No Member or third party is permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bd7u.

Third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is displayed on bd7u under valid commercial licence agreements.

10 Privacy & Data

bd7u collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at https://bd7u.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bd7u applies SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform and stores Member data on secured servers. bd7u does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd7u's liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd7u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

bd7u does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party outages, and other factors may periodically affect service availability. bd7u will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

12 Responsible Gaming

bd7u is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Members may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out, regardless of ongoing activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent). During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Members may activate periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of how long they have been playing in their current session.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by bd7u

bd7u reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, is subject to fraud or money laundering risk, or requires investigation. During a suspension, the Member will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

13.2 Closure by bd7u

bd7u may permanently close an Account and forfeit associated balances in cases of serious or repeated breach of these Terms, confirmed fraud, confirmed underage gambling, or where required by law. Where an Account is closed due to Member fault, any pending withdrawal requests may be declined and funds may be held for investigation.

13.3 Closure by Member

Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance after pending wager settlements will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bd7u reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd7u will notify Members via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where possible, via email to the address registered on the Account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and bd7u arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bd7u's internal complaints procedure.

15.1 Complaints Procedure

To submit a formal complaint, contact bd7u in writing at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint", including your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. bd7u will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure to the Member's satisfaction, the Member may pursue further remedies available under applicable law. bd7u does not acknowledge the jurisdiction of any specific external dispute resolution body not expressly designated by applicable regulatory requirements.
